We're passionate about methods that can be tailored to each student's individual needs, interests, and learning styles - whether that's Montessori, unschooling, project-based learning, homeschooling or innovative hybrid models.

Jessica Harper

As a mother of four, I have firsthand experience with the challenges and frustrations that come with navigating the public education system. Watching my children lose their excitement for learning and struggle to thrive in a traditional classroom setting pushed me to seek out better methods of teaching. Through extensive research and personal trials, I discovered innovative and effective strategies to reignite my children's passion for education. Now, I share my findings on this blog, hoping to empower other parents who face similar struggles and to inspire a love of learning in their children.

My journey from concerned parent to education advocate has been both challenging and rewarding. By sharing practical tips, engaging activities, and evidence-based teaching methods, I aim to provide valuable resources to families seeking alternatives to conventional schooling. Together, we can create a more enriching and enjoyable educational experience for our children.

I’m incredibly passionate about homeschooling and reimagining how we educate our children. I was homeschooled growing up, and I absolutely loved the flexible, personalized approach—it helped me discover my creativity and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Now that I’m engaged and thinking about starting my own family, I want to ensure my future children experience the same enriching education I was so fortunate to have. That’s why I’ve teamed up with my friend Jessica Harper, who’s just as frustrated with the public school system’s shortcomings as I am. Together, we’re creating innovative teaching materials and resources for homeschooling families and for kids who aren’t thriving in traditional classrooms.

Our goal is simple: we want to build a supportive community and give parents the tools they need to provide a top-notch education at home. With my firsthand experience of being homeschooled and Jessica’s insights as a mother, we feel like we make the perfect team to drive real change—and we’re excited to help shape a brighter future for all learners!
